Client.  Just follow the following steps (1) Print and fill out the NEW DEALER APPLICATION below and (2) Fax a copy of the NEW DEALER APPLICATION and your Sales Tax Certificate to (318) 340-1505.  (3) Armstrong Tackle Co. will email your login and password. Please be sure to put your email address at the top of the application.
